Hello, I have sent an email to you before and someone responded trying to sell me another car. It's very simple, William has not made good on any of the items we agreed on. He has given me plenty of excuses and changed what he said he was going to do. I agreed to the full asking price of the vehicle and said I would like these 3 items included, he said yes and I would have them the next week. Now he's saying the fob can be sent to me and I have to get it programmed on my own, that was not the case at the time of sale. I know now that I should have had these items in the sales contract so this would not happen. So much for an honest salesman. If “experiences like mine” are how you recognize the importance of preparation and communication, then it raises serious questions about how many customers have had to deal with similar treatment — just more quietly. Public Demand for Refund I am publicly demanding the immediate return of the $695 that was wrongfully charged to me during my transaction with Anaheim Hyundai. This dealer was given multiple opportunities to resolve this through reasonable, private conversation. Instead, I was met with delays, blame-shifting, and a complete lack of accountability. Their behavior clearly supports their D- rating from the BBB. Let me be absolutely clear: this is not going away. I will continue to escalate and expose this until the funds are returned. This isn’t just about $695. It’s about transparency, integrity, and how this dealership chooses to treat its customers once the paperwork is signed. If Anaheim Hyundai wants to show it values its reputation and customers, there is only one appropriate next step: refund the $695 immediately.
