let me tell you my experience so far with Anaheim Hyundai. I called ahead for a test drive of one of their vehicles. I explained to the sales rep that I wanted to take the vehicle for a test drive. W Hyundai. I called ahead for a test drive of one of their vehicles. I explained to the sales rep that I wanted to take the vehicle for a test drive. We live at the top of a hill so the vehicle has to be powerful enough to climb the hill 8 to 12 percent grade, without any effort. The manager stepped in and wanted to make the deal even before the test drive. Not a chance. she wanted to agree to a deal before even driving the vehicle. Not a chance. I'll see if she comes back with a different attitude. More
This dealership is a great example of why people hate dealing with used car dealers. They were not honest with the costs they want to charge for their cars. For example you search for a certain price ra dealing with used car dealers. They were not honest with the costs they want to charge for their cars. For example you search for a certain price range and find it then call or email and they refuse to discuss numbers because on the fine print of all their advertisements they put in a certain dollar amount for all their add one like Tint, an alarm system you may not want, and many others! I even have text messages where the sales person says the cost will be one amount and then when you get into the dealership they try and charge you another amount. My recommendation to anyone trying to do business with this dealership is get an out the door price before ever setting foot on this poor example of a dealership. If they refuse, because they say you are price shopping only, is don’t do business with them. Go to a dealership willing to openly tell you what their prices are, without you doing a science project to figure it out. They lost my business and I purchased the car I wanted from a dealership willing to openly communicate. More
We found the car we wanted online and came in ready to buy at the advertised price—no haggling, no negotiations, just a straightforward purchase. After the test drive, we sat down to finalize the deal, bu buy at the advertised price—no haggling, no negotiations, just a straightforward purchase. After the test drive, we sat down to finalize the deal, but the experience quickly went downhill. Instead of working with us, they pushed hard to add unnecessary after-market options and refused to focus on the out-the-door price. Their "Closer" was aggressive and overly focused on monthly payments, even though we had financing already secured through our credit union. The pushy tactics and refusal to keep things simple lost them the sale. We left and bought the same car (different color) at another dealership without any issues. To make it worse, they called the next day looking for our business after having us there, ready to buy. Stop trying to bully consumers and just sell the car at the price you advertise. This dealership needs to rethink its approach if it doesn’t want to keep losing deals. More
Buyer beware. Deceptive practice on multiple levels. Wish I'd read the reviews prior to wasting my time here on two separate occasions. They have no intention of s Deceptive practice on multiple levels. Wish I'd read the reviews prior to wasting my time here on two separate occasions. They have no intention of selling a vehicle for the price they list it at. Manager told me in no uncertain terms that they advertise a price below KBB so that they can include the aftermarket fees that are not actually optional. They charge almost $2000 for catalytic converter etching, when you can get it done for 0 to $49, not mention a variety of other charges totaling $7995. Truly I don't know how any of this legal, but it is poor business practice. I am sure they only stay in business by taking advantage of people who are too trusting to question the inflated total cost. More
We drove 4 hours from the mountains to see an F250 super duty that was priced at 50k only to be told they couldn't sell it for 50k it had to be 57k. The entire process seamed unethical and devious. We wasted several hours at the dealership the only good thing about our trip was the Craft restaurant a short drive away. I would never set foot on their property again. More

Ray was horrible he let us know that we could sell our car on other sites for more money but then when we backed out of the deal he made us feel horrible and guilty about making that decision I never want car on other sites for more money but then when we backed out of the deal he made us feel horrible and guilty about making that decision I never want to go back to this place again More
I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. On the phone the sales staff assured me the price would be one thing, and when I got into the dealership they told me it was around $5,000 higher. I On the phone the sales staff assured me the price would be one thing, and when I got into the dealership they told me it was around $5,000 higher. I negotiated them down a lot and then went to financing. I sent the dealer a wire transfer for the full price of the car within 24 hours of leaving the lot in my new car. However, it took them 4 months to mail me the title! I later learned that they transferred the title to an LLC during that time. I'm not sure if that's normal, but it seemed suspicious. Again, I do NOT recommend buying a car her. More
