Mark Fairbanks helped me find a nice Legacy that was well maintained and in my price range. I got a great trade in offer on my 13 year old truck from John Camper who really shopped around to get me the best money. Aaron did a great job in the finance office.This dealership is not large, has a real small town feel, great prices and low pressure. More

We were very pleased with our sales person Chris Malcom When I called the woman that answered the phone was very pleasant. Friday, 3-20-15: We were greeted by Chris shortly after we entered the show room. When I called the woman that answered the phone was very pleasant. Friday, 3-20-15: We were greeted by Chris shortly after we entered the show room. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were starting from scratch as far a Subaru models were concerned. He showed us the various models and we sat in a few. My wife liked the Outback and Chris looked up what was available & we went on a test ride. As we rode, Chris explained the Subaru features & benefits. He also gave us a copy of the carfax and reviewed it with us. We put 100 to hold the 2013 outback until Monday when we could have our mechanic look at it. The next day we called Chris to see if a similar 2014 outback was still there so we could test drive it. It was and Chris had it already for us. We test drove it on the route Chris took us on the day before. We drove the 2013 a second time for comparison and liked the 2013 better than the 2014. Monday Chris had the car ready to go and I took it to my mechanic. The only item he found was a bad headlamp. We returned the car, told Chris about the headlamp and set up an appointment to return on Wednesday to complete the transaction and get the car. On Wednesday. Chris had the car ready to go. At this point we decided to trade in our old car, which we were able to do with no hassle. At this point Chris started going thru the car literature with us. We were interrupted by Gene Gaviluk to do the sales/loan never ending paperwork. He was friendly and helpful and competent and got us through all the stuff as efficiently as possible. Then back to Chris who finished reviewing the cars features and answering my questions. This review of the quick start manual was very helpful. Then Chris got the temporary plates and put them on my car. Chris then showed us how to link both our iphones to the car wireless blue tooth and enter phone numbers, and make a call. He also showed us how the roof rack system worked. All we needed now was the inspection sticker (based on the temp plate) but it was lunch time, so Chris made an appointment for me to come back after lunch for the sticker. I came back and the mechanic put on the sticker and I was good to go. More

I called dealerships all over the tri-state area and went in-person to a few (I live in NY). They were all typical horrible experiences, trying to talk down to you, refusing to reasonably negotiate, and purposefully trying to waste your time. Then I started emailing with Subaru of Milford in NH (Kimberly and Aaron) and the experience was amazing right from the start! They were straight forward about everything and offered a great price off the bat (which no additional fees were ever added onto later). They beat the best offer I currently had and stuck with it without trying to sell anything extra. Once I decided to buy from them, they were super responsive through email/ phone to finalize loan, paperwork, etc. since I was coming from out of state. They made the whole process super easy and painless. When I got to the dealership to pick up the car, Aaron was amazing! He spent two hours going over the car and finalizing paperwork, didn't try to push any extra accessories. He was extremely nice, professional, and it was a great experience! It couldn't have been better. I will buy my next Subaru from this dealership and by happy to drive 5 hours from NY to get a good price, good service, and actually be treated like a human being. Subaru of Milford was an unbelievable find and the best dealer experience I've had. I would gladly buy another car from them. It's also MUCH better than Manchester Subaru who advertises that they will beat any competitor's price by $300 on their website but this really means $300 below true-car. More
WOW...Small dealership thats Big on Customer Service WOW...I had a great experience. Low pressure,very friendly and commited to great customer service.Most dealerships have become car mills with no focus on the customer having a great experience and the internet has only made that worse.I was looking for a WRX premium with A/T....they found it in Vermont and made the swap. I got a great price on a car in high demand,a great value for my trade and great financing. There was no pressure to buy extra's in the finance office.... but I did buy an extended warranty at a great price. The internet salesperson Kimberly Dewitt went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Aaron Bachelder was my salesman who coordinated my delivery. He spent an hour going over the owners manual and the car before I left. Dealerships just don't do that anymore.If you haven't been to Subaru of Milford recently, go back. The GM Erik Kirste and the SM John Camper will go out of there way to see that you are satisfied. More

They sell great cars, and do it in a great style! I came to Subaru of Milford with an urgent need for a new car. After my internet search I received a call from the other dealership, which was introdu I came to Subaru of Milford with an urgent need for a new car. After my internet search I received a call from the other dealership, which was introduced to me as the largest and the best Subaru dealership in New England that offers the lowest possible prices. When I mentioned that I was not on the market for dealerships, but only for one car, I was told that such car as I wanted (2015 Legacy 3.6R Limited) "did not exist in New England" but may be ordered and would arrive in 8 to 12 weeks; I was also given a quote, which was, in fact, not bad. Then I received an email and a call from the Subaru of Milford Internet Sales Manager Kimberly DeWitt. True, they did not have such a car, but she promised to try to find it in other dealerships around. As for the price, she asked $650 less than in the "largest and best Subaru dealership in New England"! Within several hours a car I wanted was found in Vermont (which I always considered a part of New England) and basically the deal was over. Remarkably, Kimberly did not waste my time for stories about how good they were in Milford Subaru, allowing me to judge myself, which I did. From this point on I dealt with the Sales Consultant Aaron Bachelder. There was still a lot of issues to resolve, like shipping to Vermont a car they wanted there for a swap, and not only that, and everything was settled down by Aaron and his managers efficiently and professionally. My concerns were addressed in a friendliest way, and Aaron patiently answered all my numerous questions. It is difficult for me to imagine, what could they do better than they did. To summarize -- they sell great cars, and do it in a great style! More

He would only offer a car with extra options but not willing to change the price or the car we wanted. Thankfully Mark pushed us out the door...bought a 2015 Forester with leather seats, weather package and everything we wanted in a car with a great price at Manchester Subaru and drove it off the lot only hours later. I say DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! More
