Was very happy with my experience here. Worked with Laura, and she could not have been more helpful. The entire staff was also very courteous. The ownership clearly puts emphasis on presentation and customer service. Also, during the buying process I was never dealt a "bait and switch" which sadly is rare these days. Everything was laid out before me in clear language, and the staff was honest and forthcoming about all associated costs. Neither myself nor my wife was pressured at all during any of our visits. One thing I will mention - there was no budging during price negotiations. New or used. This may be the dealer, or it may be due to Subaru doing really well. Overall, however, I would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat. More

Best experience I ever had at a new car dealership. Another local Subaru dealer started off right away by saying Subaru really didn't discount. Went online and Miford came back with a price of approx 900 under invoice and were loyal to their word. No pressure to buy any accessories, warranty. They said they were trying to deplete 2012 inventory and were great. More

Best overall buying experience ever from my first email to Frank the internet manager to the sales person Joe and the general sales manager James.
