I have been a customer of Amery Chevrolet since 2007 when my wife and I bought a brand-new Tahoe and have purchased 4 more brand new chevy trucks since then and have been working with Robert Fuller in sales my wife and I bought a brand-new Tahoe and have purchased 4 more brand new chevy trucks since then and have been working with Robert Fuller in sales he has been great to work with all these years. Unfortunately, there has been a large turnover, basically everyone at Amery Chevrolet. The only original person from when I started doing business with Amery Chevrolet is Robert, I had a warranty steering wheel for my high-country truck and when called to have it installed, they informed me they sold it, I asked to have the manager call me but no response was received. When I called the general manager John Buhr, he said he would investigate it and call me back. Several hours later I received a call from the service manager Dan Torgerson, and he said he would investigate it. that was on August 8th and no further contact has been attempted. So, what kind of people do that well: crooks, thieves, and liars. They stole from Chevrolet, and they stole from me. Good luck everyone who deals with the thieves at Amery Chevrolet. UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE. You failed to mention that it took 8 months for the part to come in and we only received one call that I responded back to. Please list all details on when you tried to contact us. Amery Chevrolet, INC. (Owner) a day ago We are sorry that you feel this way about your experience with us. I did see that you failed to mention that after ordering the steering wheel and after multiple attempts of us trying to contact you to schedule the installed you waited almost a YEAR to try to have it installed. Unfortunately, we cannot be expected to sit on parts inventory for that long. If you have any other questions or wish to talk about this further please reach out. More

This dealership is hands down the friendliest and easiest to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of for me. Will never go anywhere else. to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of for me. Will never go anywhere else. More
My husband and I visited the dealer and put a down payment on a used car. I had asked if we would get two key fobs for the car and the salesman assured us we would. We were told how much more to bri payment on a used car. I had asked if we would get two key fobs for the car and the salesman assured us we would. We were told how much more to bring in when we picked up the car and we brought a cashiers check from the bank for the amount that they said (and was written on our receipt). When we picked up the car on a Saturday the finance person told us that we were overcharged because since we were out of state we would need to do the title and taxes in our state. She said the over $2000 owed us would be mailed on the following Monday. We agreed thinking it would only be a few days to get the money owed us. When we were handed the keys, there was only one set and I said that we were told there would be two, and we were told another set would be $250. We waited and waited for the check. My husband called after over a week and got a voicemail and told them we did not receive the check and he could come get the car. We got a voicemail the next day saying he was off that day, but no explanation of why we had not received the check. We received the check two days after we left the voicemail. It had been mailed with over night mail and did not have a note of apology or explanation, just the check. My husband called and asked to talk to the owner and the owner, after my husband told him why he was calling, said three words and gave the phone to someone else. The person said they had to hold the cashiers check for 10 days. When we checked with our bank, we were told that was a lie. He also said we were not told to bring in the amount of title/taxes, but our paperwork says differently. We went to the DMV and the title could not be transferred to us because the dealership had not done what they were supposed to do. The DMV contacted them for us. The DMV said that there was a lien on the car that the dealership did not take care of it like they should have before selling the vehicle. We had to pay more money because the dealership took their time to mail our money and take care of the title. The dealership never took ownership of their mistakes, they lied and tried to cover their tracks. We were looking for a dealership in the area because we will be retiring to the area, but will not be buying my next vehicle this summer from them. Not only do they lie and not take responsibility for their mistakes, they think they do not owe an apology for their mistakes. As my husband said, mistakes happen, and if they would have been honest, we would have been back to purchase again. More
Don't buy a used vehicle from them. I rarely complain and am generally very easy going. However, this has situation has become unacceptable. Long story short, I traded into a 2018 suburban with 55,000 miles. am generally very easy going. However, this has situation has become unacceptable. Long story short, I traded into a 2018 suburban with 55,000 miles. Thank GOD I bought the bumper to bumper warranty. I realize this isn't a brand new vehicle and these are first world problems, but holy crap. The next day, the transmission made a weird noise when shifting and the AC stopped working on an 85-degree day. Not fun with kids and black leather. I called and brought it in for service. Got a crappy loaner. Found out the transmission was bad as well as the AC condenser. Cool, they sold me a suburban with a bad transmission. Thanks. Two weeks go by for them to fix everything and I can't drive it. They were supposed to also do the undercoating and provide me the spare key fob they promised when I bought it. Get it back. They "forgot" to do the undercoating and "dropped the ball" on the key fob. A few days later, and now the engine oil pressure is low when idling. Probably shouldn't drive it like that. Call service to set up an appointment. They tell me their soonest appointment is 2 weeks out and that they "couldn't promise me a loaner because their lot is almost empty". Nice. So now I can't drive it with the low oil pressure for 2 weeks, then I have to drop it off to you and basically not have a vehicle while you work on this one. Sounds reasonable. I've owned this vehicle for 3 weeks. It's been in the shop for 2 of those 3, and now I can't drive it for another 2 weeks. It's all good. I'll just keep paying the insurance and loan on it while it sits in your lot and shop. And no worries, I don't need a loaner. I'll just walk around. Do not buy a used vehicle from them. They're buying auction vehicles and packaging them up as if they're certified, local trades. Clearly, they're not even inspecting them as they should never have let that leave their lot. Don't fall for it like I did. UPDATE: This dealerships owner is out of control. I bought a suburban for $44,000 and it’s been nothing but problems since the beginning. I talked to Troy Keller (owner) and I’ve not had a worse conversation in 15 years of buying vehicles. It’s NEVER acceptable to scream at or bully a customer, like he did to me. He blamed me for everything, took no responsibly for selling me a lemon, and repeated “I don’t care” over and over every time I brought up any of my concerns. Do not buy anything from Amery Chevrolet. Troy is unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and manipulative. Stay away. More
