STARTED GREAT/ENDING BAD This is more directed to American financial but I am totally not please with American Car Center as a whole. My Car Broke down about 3 weeks ago, the This is more directed to American financial but I am totally not please with American Car Center as a whole. My Car Broke down about 3 weeks ago, the engine blew in my vehicle while I was driving almost causing me to be in a head on collision with a 18 wheeler when my car broke down I asked the dealership to tow the vehicle it took them a week to tow the vehicle from the place where it broke down to the dealership, the day the vehicle was towed it was towed to another dealership besides the one where I purchased the car. After sitting at the dealership for day it was sent to a repair shop. The repair shop came back 3 days later and stated that the engine blown. a representative from the warranty department Rudely contacted me and told me the repairs would be 4 thousand something odd dollars and that I would have to pay half up front and then the other half they would provide me with a ''side a loan" to pay for the rest but I would be required to pay it back, weeks have gone by and nobody has been keeping me up-to-date. with whats goin on I keep being told that they are waiting on one particular "VP" in the company to make a decision on what to do with the vehicle whether the vehicle should be deemed unethical to repair or not. this week makes a month that I have been without my car, this past Monday I called Hyundai to run a recall check on my car and turns out there are 3 recalls the ENGINE,RADIO AND SEATBELTS which is everything that ive had wrong with the car since I've had it. I called in to relay this information and sill nothing has changed. I was actually yelled at the last time I called in, the man on the phone told me that he has been around other co-workers when I've called and nothing is going to change by me continuing to call, I just don't see how they can get mad for someone calling in and being so concerned I HAVE SENT 7 PEOPLE TO THIS COMPANY FOR A VEHICLE AND THEY ALL THE CAR THEY DESIRED BUT I WILL NEVER SEND ANOTHER PERSON TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL establishment again. things started off so great but this situation has showed the company true colors.-- More
