They were rude and condescending, seemed to be more interested in why my credit wasn't as good as they wanted instead of selling me a car. I would not recommend them to anyone. interested in why my credit wasn't as good as they wanted instead of selling me a car. I would not recommend them to anyone. More
White 2015 lexus rx350 Pros: no markup, hidden, or surprise fees. Friendly staff. Cons: 1) misrepresented car mileage. Thr financial guy explained that the website they listed on had a glitch so it's surprise fees. Friendly staff. Cons: 1) misrepresented car mileage. Thr financial guy explained that the website they listed on had a glitch so it's cars.com fault for not updating their new mileage. Listed on website as 75,000 miles, but as soon as you sit down to do paperwork, website got updated to 170,000 miles, but they still refused to work the numbers with buyer to reflect the value of the car based on mileage. 2) car listed as never been in car accidents/no accidents reported. Car was inspected by my own hired auto mechanic tech on the spot and too many problems/flaws. I can be spending another 5-6k dollars once I drove out with this wrecked vehicle. Here's the list: Hood doesn't stay up when popped open. Front bumper out of alignment. Small paint chips on front of car, covered with daps of paint. Engine light warning. Dead battery--they had to jump start it (I had to wait for a long time for them to bring the car up). 4 new cheap tires--they squeak so bad on the garage pavement when moved. A line-shaped crack half of the windshield. Open/close tailgate button missing/broken. 3) don't expect professionalism, friendly handshake or respectful attitude if you decided to walk away. More
