Good thing about these people is that they don't keep pushing you to buy a car, very nice staff. Bought a Dodge Ram at a very fair price. I have already recommended these guys to all my friends. Outstanting Customer Service, a blast from the past Went to Red Tag because of some cars and trucks I saw online which they had. They let me know about the process used for obtaining the cars and what was available within the limited warranty they provided. I won't by another vehicle from any where else. Lazy employees who don't appreciate their customers Horrible customer service! I live an hour away so I called before I left my house to verify that the truck I was interested in was available for a pos Horrible customer service! I live an hour away so I called before I left my house to verify that the truck I was interested in was available for a possible test drive. The employee told me it was in fact available so I drove an hour to get there, paying tolls along the way. When we arrived we were told the truck was in the shop until Monday and they did not have it on site. Had the employee told me that over the phone we would not have wasted a total of 2 hours driving time (there and back) or we would not have had to pay the $8 in tolls. Lazy employees who can't get off their butts to relay accurate information to prospective customers! Take your time and money elsewhere! More
