I had a wonderful experience. I went to purchase a Hyundai elantra, but I ended up buying a sonata hybrid. I never felt forced to purchase a car. Everyone was very patient and answered all of my questions. Joe Miller was the salesman that sold me my car and he was wonderful. He stayed in touch with me about every detail of the sale and helped to educate me on the features of the car. This was my first new car and the buying experience was fun and stress free. I was greeted the second I walked on to the lot, which is very typical for a car dealership but this time I did not feel harassed. The first guy I dealt with was Roger and he was very friendly and comfortabl very typical for a car dealership but this time I did not feel harassed. The first guy I dealt with was Roger and he was very friendly and comfortable to talk to. I was looking at the mustangs and he could tell me anything I asked about. I was very impressed with the service and the car so I went back two days later to buy the car. I then dealt with Roger, Eric, and Brian. All three of them were so comfortable to do business with, not like most other dealers where they treat you as nothing more than dollar signs. I found that every employee that I have had contact with at this dealership has gone above and beyond what I would consider great customer service. The sales man, Michael was very helpful with helping me fi at this dealership has gone above and beyond what I would consider great customer service. The sales man, Michael was very helpful with helping me find a vehicle that would meet my needs. I told him what I was looking for and he found it. He worked with me so that I would have the payment that I was confortable with. When I returned to have my SUV serviced the staff were very professional. The customer waiting area was also clean.
