I have purchased numerous vehicles over the past almost fifty years of my driving experience, probably somewhere in the vicinity of 70-80. Some of those "deals" where shear work and only a few were even co fifty years of my driving experience, probably somewhere in the vicinity of 70-80. Some of those "deals" where shear work and only a few were even comfortable with all the "just initial here" and "let me ask my manager" and "sit-ins" etc. My last good experience was four years ago when the GM at Texas Dodge helped me, Mike Case, and made me a happy customer by the level of courtesy and professionalism. Because of that situation I came back to Mike and he introduced me to Michael Rue of Tri-State Hyundai. Michael was honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, listened to what my wife and I needed and showed me the different levels of vehicles and there advantages relating to both comfort-dependability and overall price. Michael Rue made me feel at home and when it was time to sharpen the pencil, his offer for purchase of my trade and the final number on our new Hyundai Sonata T2.0 was a great deal. Overall from when I walked in the front door and was greeted by a warm smile and open appreciation for a customer by your switchboard administrator the visit definitely started on the right pathway. Brian totally "bent over backwards" to help make my buying experience a good one! I have to admit...I'm probably not the easiest person to deal with, but Brian didn't seemed bothered by it at all! His professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle was unbelievable, his dedication to making sure everything was just as I wanted it was unstoppable, and his caring abilities are overwhelming! I want to personally applaud Mike & Sales manager, Ralph, for their professionalism. My son & daughter-in-law and I were greeted without any pressure. We test drove the Sonata, Azera and the Genesis Ralph, for their professionalism. My son & daughter-in-law and I were greeted without any pressure. We test drove the Sonata, Azera and the Genesis, each 25-30 miles. Mike went thru every feature on each car. The Sonata was not comfortable for me as I have back/hip issues. The Azera was much better, but then Mike & Ralph took the Genesis off the showroom floor so I could test drive the caar. Actually, all the employees were very kind, respectful, not only to myself and my family but to each other. Customer service to external & internal clients is something that I do take notice of as I too, am in customer service. When the time came to talk financing, I got nervous. I am a single woman and knew my budget limitations. Both Mike & Ralph worked with me to get to the number necessary to make a very large investment. I truly appreciate the time they invested with me to make certain I understood a lease program. I also want to mention that neither Mike or Ralph pressured me into purchasing the Genesis. It was all me....but they allowed me the space to think, contemplate and understand the available financing programs. This means so much to me and my family as I was literally scared to even go to a dealership due to being "single" and a "woman". The financing with Tri-State Ford was phenomomal! Al was very helpful, light-hearted, caring and understanding. Actually, it was the easiest finance process I have ever been through in purchasing a car! Again, I applaud Al for his professionalism! My car was washed and ready to go when I completed the financing. Mike took the time to program my IPhone and show me additioanl features on the car as he knew I had to drive from Amarillo to Houston, which is a 10 hour drive, on Monday morning. In closing, Mike followed up with me, thanking me for allowing Amarillo Hyundai to assist me in making my decision, which I am well pleased with. Mike emailed me on the day of my purchase, the day after and also on the Monday follwing, thanking me for allowing Amarillo Hyundai to build a cutomer relationship with me. Mike also took the time to call me on Tuesday to see if I made it home safely to Houston and inquired if the 10 hour drive was detrimental to my back/hip issues that I am experiencing. I told Mike that the 10 hour drive was very pleasant and like riding on a cloud! It didn't even feel like a 10 hour drive! Also Al, from Tri-State Ford, called me on Tuesday as he inadvertantly had me sign on the wrong line. Al informed me that he would send knew papers overnight and include an overnight return envelope for my convenience. Al was very receptive and accomodating in sending the Fed Ex to my office as I am at work more than at home! All in all, my experience with Amarillo Hyundai was outstanding and I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase my car at Amarillo Hyundai. I know I will be a return customer. And also, with my son and duaghter-in-law being a part of the transaction, I know they will be truthful in telling their friends and co-workers of the positive experience their Mother had at Amarillo Hyundai & Tri-State Ford.
