Upon a recommendation from my boss, I called Amaral Auto when I was pretty sure that my 2008 Ford Edge needed new brakes. I called and spoke with David who scheduled me an appointment immediately. I was so happy that they were able to work around my busy work schedule. From that point on, my entire experience was actually pleasurable! I dropped my car off at one of the most convenient, and easiest locations to get to. In the past, every time I have brought my car somewhere to have one thing done, the service center calls me with a list of ten other things my car needs, and I end up paying an arm and a leg. Also, I think everyone can relate to that other awful feeling of not knowing how long you are going to be without a vehicle. I've always had to call the place I brought my car to and borderline harass them before being told that my car hasn't even been brought into the garage yet. This was certainly not the case at Amaral! The service center did a thorough check of everything my car needed. Before doing any work, Dave called me and texted me in the morning to let me know that my car was indeed of new brakes and gave me the estimated price. He also told me what other repairs my car needed, but these were only recommendations and he never made me feel pressured to have the other work done. In fact, because he knew money was tight for me, he told what repairs I could hold off on and which repairs he could multi-task. Once, he told me the price, I was ecstatic that it was far below the amount I was expecting to spend. I thought this was all too good to be true and figured they would have my car for a few days. In his polite and friendly manner, Dave assured me that my car would be ready by the time I got out of work so that I could get a ride straight from work to pick up my car. Just when I thought that things couldn't get any better, when I picked up my car, it was cleaned, detailed, and had the desperately needed new windshield wiper blades on it. Neil Amaral processed my payment for me over the phone. I never take the time to write reviews, but I felt that people really needed to know about this awesome place so that they can have the same inexpensive, stress free, and quality service that I did.
