No BS at Amaral! I know how stressful buying a car is and I have dealt with the typical BS sales tactics NJ dealerships use. After 10 minutes of talking to Neil and I know how stressful buying a car is and I have dealt with the typical BS sales tactics NJ dealerships use. After 10 minutes of talking to Neil and Manny about the car I was interested in I knew I liked the way they operated their dealership. They helped educate me about the car and provided NO PRESSURE! I didn't have to make a deal today to get a special price. The car was priced aggressively and certainly got my interest when I found it on their website. The price didn't increase mysteriously like other dealers have tried to pull on me in the past. We negotiated a deal over 3 days. There were a few issues with the car that were acknowledged and then fixed! I brought my wife with me to finalize the deal and we actually spent much longer than I expected...because we were having a nice conversation with Neil. Not just about cars either. He is the General Manager and he was in no rush to push us out the door. He took his time to explain all details of the transaction to us and spent additional time showing us the main components in the car. I have NEVER been so stress free purchasing a car. I operate my own business and treat every customer just how I would like to be treated. Honest, friendly and professional! I know first-hand that small Business owners need to make a profit, but not cheat, lie or steal to do it. I was happy to purchase a car from Amaral because we were treated with respect and class.
