The price is also very reasonable ($40 cheaper than a quote from the detail shop in my town). I'll be back next spring. More

No pressure, comfortable atmosphere. It's been 8 years since i have purchased a new car. I have always dreaded being badgered by pushy salesman. My first instinct would be to leave. I am considering myself being lucky in finding a dealership, on my first attempt, that was enjoyable to deal with. The staff was very friendly, and inviting without jamming a sales routine down your throat. Its nice to see people still make an effort and care. More

A different kind of dealership. I have purchased a few cars in my time and I can honestly say this dealership is completely different. The cars are all clean, nicely maintained and w I have purchased a few cars in my time and I can honestly say this dealership is completely different. The cars are all clean, nicely maintained and well priced. I did a lot of research and i came across a lot of other dealerships that mark them up well above market value and then you have to play the game to get them to lower it, not here. They are all priced very well and the Audi i was interested in was already priced below market value. The customer service they give is head and shoulders above everyone else plus no games. From the second I walked in and got a warm greeting from the young lady working the front to buying my new car and shaking hands with Manny, Neil and Justin the process was the best i have ever had. Justin their salesman was great. He was down to earth, took his time, let me test drive the car i was interested in and was willing to work me. Best part was he wasnt a typical car salesman trying to pressure me into making a purchase. No chasing after me after i left. He kept in contact with me and he would text and/or call me back promptly whenever i needed something, very professional. Manny was great and he worked with me on my trade in and gave me a great deal. Neil their finance guy was very informative and got me a great interest rate. No crazy added on fees like many dealerships try to hit you with after you agree to buy the car. All the paperwork was accurate and it made the process that much easier. As I type this my co-worker who i sent to Amaral walked up to my desk and made a comment on how amazing their customer service is. No joke thats how much you notice it and how good it is. Cant recommend Amaral enough. Love my new car..... thank you Amaral More

VIP Treatment on first visit! I took my wife's Acura to Amaral after another shop told me that my compressor was blown and wanted to charge me close to $400 to repair. I drove to A I took my wife's Acura to Amaral after another shop told me that my compressor was blown and wanted to charge me close to $400 to repair. I drove to Amaral for a 2nd opinion on a hot Saturday morning (on route to the beach w/kids) when they were booked to the walls and I had no appointment. I explained my situation, they immediately took me in, analyzed the problem and fixed it for $125. Turned out that the last shop over-filled my AC compressor and that causes it to malfunction. I'm very relieved to have found these guys and value their honesty and experience. A++ from me. More
