I went through a disastrous ordeal with another local dealership (ProjectOne Auto in Carlstadt- very dishonest and brazenly unethical). Being a woman was my primary disadvantage in that situation. In any case, Neil and his team were able to help me out of the nightmare and ensure that I would have a safe, practically new and reliable car to conduct my business and transport my young children to our multiple destinations. Everything was done on the up and up. Their branding and decorum are fantastic. Highly professional and a real family/people approach that I will never forget. If there is any dealership to go to, this would be the one. Don't waste time and probably thousands of dollars elsewhere, like I did. I am entirely grateful to Neil and the Amaral family. Justin was great in letting me view multiple cars before I settled on a few to choose from. Neil was straightforward and worked with me to match me to a quality car that met all of my needs. He was even kind enough to sit with me and help me develop a plan to build up my credit over the next year. If you're looking for a quality vehicle and want a no nonsense and honest experience then Amaral will not disappoint. They even washed my other car for free the next day! Here's what drew me to this place - a recommendation from a trusted realtor who got us our house - and, that these guys really seem to care about the quality of the cars sitting on their lot. After visiting them, I could see this was definitely the case. Justin was my first point of contact, he was very courteous and knowledgable about the car's history - and where it was from and how it was used. I felt as though all the cards were laid out on the table during the process - he was patient in answering my questions about the car. It was a pleasant surprise indeed, to see how Amaral conducts business - none of the usual shenanigans I was expecting in a car buying experience. Next, I met Neil, with whom I negotiated. He was equally good, and I walked out of there feeling like I got a good and fair deal. The way they prepared the car for me to drive off was great too. Two times a charm...again! Three years ago I bought my car from Neil. The interaction was excellent! I definitely went in with suspicions and guns a-blazen. No need...ever. Neil, his staff, and of course, Mr. Amaral are great to collaborate with on an auto purchase. So fast forward...needed to trade in an older car and get a something newer. I did not think twice about going to Neil's website and see if they had anything in my price range...they a few. Called him and made an appointment. He was waiting and so was the car I wanted to test drive with my wife. Immediately Neil was transparent on some of the car's needs that he was addressing - nothing major but his transparency reminded me of why I was there again. Two days later, made the final decision and finance through Neil...fair rate and convenient. I see a third car in the future...I'm glad to have a "friend" in the business that I can trust and is responsive. Highly recommend! More
