We got right down to business and he did what he could to meet my needs. With the very small downtime we had we had great conversations. What only took about 40 minutes felt like it took 5 minutes! Amaral worked with me and adjusted to meet my budget. I realized my key battery was low and Matt jumped right on it and is replacing it tomorrow. Great costumer service both with Matt and Neil. Definitely recommend this dealership. They were also accommodating towards all of the needs I had in feeling sure about my purchase, and were very upfront and informative about all of the paperwork, financing, and the car itself. They were more than happy to bring my car in to get inspected by the mechanic I've been going to for the past five years, and did not fall short in ensuring the car to be in excellent condition (brakes and tires were also brand new, and the detailing made the car feel brand new).
