Although he had high praises for Amaral, I had my doubts due to my past 3 car purchase experiences at other dealerships. However, the professionals at Amaral didn't take long to earn my trust by giving no pressure on any of my decision and showing that my satisfaction is their priority. Customer service is the core and value of this business. Neil Amaral earned my trust throughout the car buying process with his understanding of cars, pricing, and respecting my decision making. At other dealerships I have had more than a few times where the sales representative have asked me "What can we do to make a deal happen?" At many other dealerships, deals and profits are their priority not the customer's best interest. However at Amaral, while I was selecting from a few potential vehicles, Neil and Matt respectfully gave their opinions based on their understanding of my needs. When I finally made the decision on the vehicle to purchase, the paperwork process was transparent and thorough. I knew exactly what and how much I was paying for on each line item. Previous dealership I have bought cars from have lumped all the prices into one sum, a common tactic for dealerships to hide extra charges and fees. Another aspect that added to my great experience at Amaral Auto Sales The timeliness of Amaral is amazing. I always thought buying a car was a long painful process that normally lasts 4-6 hours. At Amaral, I was done with the entire process from trade-in to vehicle selection to finishing the paper work within 2 hours. Last but not least, Neil gave me a very fair trade-in value. I am fully aware any dealership's intent to purchase a car from the customer is to make a profit; however, few dealerships like Amaral would respect the customers enough to give a fair value. All of the above said, and more, made my experience at Amaral Auto Sales more than amazing. They truly put the customer's interest first. This review took me no less than 2 hrs (the time it took me to buy a car). However, they deserve the credit and this review. Within a few hours, I received pictures and specs of the perfect car for me. The vehicle was located in Florida but within a day, Neil and Michael helped secure the deal and arranged a carrier to deliver it the very next week. How convenient is that! The morning my car arrived in his lot, I received a personal note from Neil. Knowing how eager and excited I was, he kept me informed of the status from start to finish. He's an extremely busy man constantly assisting customers. For him to give me a curtesy message made me feel special. I'd say I spent about a total 30-45 minutes at the dealership, most of which was Neil being thorough to assure I understood all the documents that were being signed. No hidden charges and he didn't try to sell me additional warrantee. Guys, if you're looking for any used vehicle, definitely give Amaral Auto Sales a shout!
