After four weeks of xxxx finally got my car back from alton blakely PLEASE do not take your care here! Trasmission messed up. First nothing wrong with it. Then when I couldn't drive off the lot. There was somthing wrong with it. Took a week to break down and dignose. Warranty denied it after wrong disnoses. I had to call the dealership and the warranty company myself alone to get taken care of. Then when it was approved last Friday it took til Tuesday after I called for them to order parts. Car finally was fixed this morning and they are billing the warranty company for the whole time they put me in a rental. So if I didn't fight my but off and my dealership, I would have be hit with the bill of 3k plus 800 for the rental. Please do not go here. By far the worse experience of my life. And it took me calling everyone and every thing. Everyday to get it done. And I was still treated like a criminal when I wanted my car back. More

I had the same excellent experience with the Business Manager, Barry Bray. He was well organized and carefully explained the entire transaction. I am 71 years old and have bought a lot of vehicles over the years, but this experience was the most transparent and efficient that I have ever had. I will definitely be back in the future. I live near Nashville, and drove all the way to Somerset because Alton Blakley was the closest dealer to Nashville who had the particular truck applicable to the offer. I dealt with Dave Childers, and he was great. I told him that he made me feel like a valued customer, while most dealers just make you feel like a suspect. We were treated with respect, and were able to make a really great deal. I honestly don't think they could have done a better job, or made purchasing a vehicle any easier.
