Well Done Appointment was set up quickly without any problems. We called first thing Monday, and the vehicle had already been checked in to the service center. By mid day the electronic and mechanical issue with the non-slip traction control was fixed. So far so good. The Frontier was still new so the fix was covered by warranty. More

Frank and John appeared to be working hard for me, but I saw my car sitting in the lot for an hour before John told me my car was ready. Staff were rude and acted as if I was there to annoy them. In my past experience, I've received a free car wash voucher, but didn't receive one this time. I feel Frank and John were angry because I didn't buy their overpriced maintenance they tried very hard to sell me. This experience makes me want to trade in my Nissan for a Honda, just so I don't have to deal with this again!!!!! Terrible experience!!! More
This is my 7th time back at their service dep in 4 months!! This is THE 7TH TIME I LEAVE MY CAR WITH THEM AND THEY STILL CANNOT FIGUTE OUT what is wrong with it. I make my money with my car, another day of lost wages! Google review is posted, yelp review is posted, BBB complaint is filled, Corporate and upper management at that location are informed, Facebook review posted and no one keeps me informed. I am lossing double and expect a full refund for the unnecessary money they made me spend on things THAT DID NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! Even Michelle caught two of her techs lying to my face about some unnecesary money they still wanted me to spend!! Please guys, be honest and figure out what is wrong with my car!! More
Don't expect them to communicate well I brought my truck in at 7:30am for a few minor issues. I was told I would receive a phone call to let me know the price before any work was done and I brought my truck in at 7:30am for a few minor issues. I was told I would receive a phone call to let me know the price before any work was done and that the work would be finished that day. After waiting all day till 4:30pm I finally called them to check on the truck. I am told the old "I was just about to call you." and then I am told that they had done some of the work already without my permission costing $150 and that the other work needed to be done need my approval and now my truck would not be done till the next day. I specifically told them I had to have my truck before noon the next day and was assured it would be done by 10am. At Noon the next day I called again, since they don't seem to care enough to call you back, to find out my paperwork had been done 30 minutes ago and it was ready and he was, "just about to call me." Of course when I show up to get my truck I wait 30 minutes as they finish my paperwork that was supposedly done already. Really poor experience will probably never go back. More

Fuel sensor problem. Michelle Marquis was very patient with me being upset over fuel sensor not under warranty. She explained in detail how the parts were in fuel tank and would take some time to fix. When I called to see when I could pick up vehicle, had to wait for call back from Michelle. It was too late then for me to arrange a ride to pick it up. Had to wait for next day. :( More
