I HAVE BEEN IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW PICK UP TRUCK FOR ABOUT A YEAR,AND SPRADLEY FORD HAD EXACTLY THE MAKE AND MODEL THAT I WAS WANTING. i FIRST TALKED WITH ADAM MCKENNA ABOUT CERTAIN TRUCKS AND WE TOOK 1 ABOUT A YEAR,AND SPRADLEY FORD HAD EXACTLY THE MAKE AND MODEL THAT I WAS WANTING. i FIRST TALKED WITH ADAM MCKENNA ABOUT CERTAIN TRUCKS AND WE TOOK 1 FOR A TEST DRIVE. I BELIEVE I CAME IN A CLOSING TIME BUT THIS YOUNG MAN TOOK HIS TIME TO SHOW ME A COUPLE OF DIFFERNT TRUCKS AND WAS NOT IN MUCH OF A RUSH TO LEAVE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS GETTING LATE AND I DIDNT WANT TO TAKE ANY MORE OF HIS TIME AND DAYLIGHT WAS FADING AWAY. WITH MY BUSY SCHEDULE IT TOOK ME OVER A MONTH TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH ADAM BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM HE DID NOT HESITATE TO MEET WITH ME AND SHOW ME THE TRUCK THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN. WE MADE THE DEAL WITH ADAM AND TRAVIS, TRAVIS JOINED IN BECAUSE HE IS FORD CERTIFIED AND MADE THE DELIVERY IN A VERY COMPLETE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND EVEN OFFERED TO HELP ME SWITCH MY TOOLBOXES ON THE TRUCK. My husband and I stopped by Spradley Ford, Lincoln to check out a promotion they had going on about a week before Mother's Day. We parked off the lot so as not to attract too much attention, and walked check out a promotion they had going on about a week before Mother's Day. We parked off the lot so as not to attract too much attention, and walked through most of it when a salesman caught us as we were walking off the lot. Travis Wieser stopped us and began a friendly chat with my husband which warmed him up enough to get him to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had spied on the way in. Travis' warm nature and friendly manner got us into the sales room to run our credit to see what our options were. We were excited and scared because the car I had my eye on came with a couple of small dents. Travis and Mike Peterson made the deal right for us, and we drove home in our 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. John in finance was also so very kind and friendly, and helped my husband to feel confident in our purchase, and in the warranty that the car is still covered under. I received a car fo my Mother's Day gift this year, and I will always come back to Spradley for our future purchases because we were treated respectfully, and got a really great deal on our really great car. I recently visited a Ford dealership in Canon City, CO to complete a portion of an incentive program promotion. They were rude, wouldn't let me test drive a vehicle unless I planned to buy it, offered to sig complete a portion of an incentive program promotion. They were rude, wouldn't let me test drive a vehicle unless I planned to buy it, offered to sign off on my certificate just so I could complete the promotion even though the test drive was part of the promotion. Very un professional people. From the lot in Canon City I called Spradley Ford, spoke with Mark he was awesome, great to talk to, and offered any day I would like to come in for a test drive. I went in on 5/21/13, drove a ST Focus, what a great car, fun sporty, lots of horse power, had a blast. The salesman, Chris Roberts was fantastic, wasn't rushed, listened to what I had to say, was interested in what I was looking for. Very professional, nicely dressed and just an over all nice person to deal with. i would recommend anyone looking to buy a new Ford, or a used car stop by Spradley and talk to Chris or Mark More
