My vehicle was in the shop for 10 hours and did not get serviced. No follow up from them. I called them 4 times and same excuse, they are working on it. I came in with an engine light on. Told him that I had a code reader that came up with code P219A. Which could be as follows: upstream O2 sensor bank 1 or intake manifold leak or fuel injector issues or dirty mass air flow sensor or purge valve or exhaust leaks. Dylan and his team insisted it was my crankshaft pressure sensor without checking any of the things listed above. So I agreed to replace crankshaft pressure sensor. After paying $451 it didn't fix my issue. Took it back again and that when the want to replace the O2 sensor for $500. I just spent $451 to find out that wasn't the problem. They should checked the obvious possible issues first. I feel they took a guessing gamble to see if it would work. Plus the O2 sensor is less than $100 why am I being charged $500. I felt I was being hustled. More
