We came into Mike Shaw to look at the Sierra 2500HD Duramax. The original truck I went to look at from the online sales was a long bed truck and I was looking for a shortbed. Audra Sunderlin steered me to a shortbed truck that had similar options. Audra was knowledgeable, professional and very engaging. We were at the dealership for more than 3 hours total and Audra gave us her undivided attention. I've bought several cars over the years and Audra was the most engaging sales rep I've had the privilege to work with. When we decided to buy the truck Robert provided a very aggressive offer to sell us the truck. When we were discussing rebates, discounts and such there was an initial misunderstanding between Robert and I, but he made it right and made us feel like our business was very important. Even after he initial contract numbers were settled on, Robert identified another discount we qualified for that wasn't in the initial paperwork. I don't believe many folks would have done that after numbers were agreed upon. Thank you Robert I can't recall the gentlemen’s name that went through all the financing paperwork, but he was exceptionally friendly and helpful, they even stayed until after 10pm to finish the deal....thank you very much.
