Took my '97 Ford Ranger XLT in for their $49.95 alignment special. Pulled to the left when I picked it up. I thought maybe I was imagining it so I drove it a few more times and confirmed it was pulling to special. Pulled to the left when I picked it up. I called before my 3000 mile/3 month warranty had expired and was told they were too busy and to call back. When I called back it went straight to voicemail (midday - midweek?) and left a voicemail. They never called me back so I called again today and was told I was beyond my warranty and would have to pay to have it aligned again. I have pull a total of 223 miles on my truck in the past 3 months. I told him that was unacceptable and they needed to make this right or I would tell everybody how they treat their customers. This is ridiculous. I checked YELP today (before I added my review!) and found out that this seems to be how they treat everyone. Don't be a victim of their terrible service! *We had a "service station" just down the street from us and they were great for years but something changed and they charged us $1200 to replace 3 oxygen sensors on my wife's car. Picked it up and it ran no better than before. Had them check it out again and my wife paid them another $250 and it still didn't run any better. I checked it over the weekend and found a defective rotor button (cost $8 ) and that fixed it. Called the garage and told the manager that I fixed the car for $8 and what did he want to do about it? He asked what I expected. I said how about free oil changes for my vehicles which would cost them next to nothing and he said nope. I told him that I would trash his business to save other consumers from the same terrible service. He laughed and said whatever. Took me less than 18 months and they are gone! I'm retired now so I have nothing but time. If you have to buy a Buick or GMC, go to Shortline. *I had a good experience with them when I was buying my Mazda CX-5 but I found an incredible deal at McDonald Mazda on a used vehicle and there was no way they could match that deal. AVIOD ALPINE BUICK GMC AT ALL COSTS! They suck. More
I am writing to say I am surprised that anybody gives their service dept a good rating.I have tried to give them multiple opportunities to keep my business after purchasing a New Denali HD 3500 truck and their service dept a good rating.I have tried to give them multiple opportunities to keep my business after purchasing a New Denali HD 3500 truck and have had several major issues.The last time I had service done I told them that my coolant warning was coming on 2 days later it came on again.Filled it myself.The final straw was I was notified by Onstar that I had a critical issue with my exhaust system that needed immediate attention I limped into the service dept. and was told they couldn’t get to it for 2 weeks if I left it.I was sold on a promise of great service and was told I would be well taken care of.What a disappointment! I know where I won’t be going when I trade for a new truck More

Heavy pressure dealership constantly trying to up sell and get you to spend more money. Be ready to push back hard, as they just don’t let up. Even after you get an agreement they will put the hard sell and get you to spend more money. Be ready to push back hard, as they just don’t let up. Even after you get an agreement they will put the hard sell on you again and again. Then even after I got home, they had the nerve to call me and try to convince me to spend more money with them. Sad thing is that I bought the car here and they still treat me like their own personal piggy bank. Never again. More
