Horrible customer service! ! I was informed this is a GMC servicing center and didn’t have BMW parts. If I would of known I was going to have issues I would of got my service pl ! I was informed this is a GMC servicing center and didn’t have BMW parts. If I would of known I was going to have issues I would of got my service plan from BMW but I chose to do everything at once for convenience. Never again More

I took my car in for an oil change. On Saturdays I know I have to just come in and wait. However I was there for 5 hours. That is completely unacceptable . We had the oil changed in our Buick Encore and had also ordered some floor mats and planned to pick those up at the same time. The service advisor told us he would get those from parts.
