I want to start this off saying that buying the car here was the smoothest process I have ever been through. I bought a 2015 3500hd duramax from here with 60k for mileage. I had the vehicle for 2 days and d was the smoothest process I have ever been through. I bought a 2015 3500hd duramax from here with 60k for mileage. I had the vehicle for 2 days and drove maybe 50 miles before it left me stranded. 3 weeks later I still have no truck, and I found out that they are doing electronic diag when they can fit it in. Not acceptable. How does an ecu fail 2 days after getting it with nothing showing up on the used car inspection? I'm sure the blew threw the inspection because they are so backed up, and I am the one who got screwed. More

They looked at my car right away even though I was 45 min early. They were able to diagnose it was a loose wire that was causing my navigation to flicker off and on.
