In addition, he had two technicians working on it, cutting the wait time in half since I was waiting, so the wait time was two hours, instead of longer. The kelly tires were in stock, and were a good value. Thank you. Jeanie Gregersen More

I went to Alphorn Ford to get my rear drum brakes replaced. I was driving to grandma's house, about an 80-mile drive at 75 mph on the interstate, and discovered an issue with my left rear tire. It wa replaced. I was driving to grandma's house, about an 80-mile drive at 75 mph on the interstate, and discovered an issue with my left rear tire. It was wobbling and making a howling noise. Upon further inspection, I discovered that Alphorn Ford had overtightened the wheel nut, causing the wheel bearing to overheat and fail. I stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts and jacked up the car. The wheel, brake drum, and part of the wheel bearing fell off the car in one peace. Fortunately, I didn't need to loosen the wheel nut to find the issue. I replaced the half-axle wheel bearing on my own. Now, my car is running smoothly again. I don’t think I will be using Alphorn Ford as my first choice for repair shops. More
