I would not recommend them for either purchase or service. Purchase of vehicle was handled very poorly with no communication whatsoever. Had to make multiple trips to get purchase complete. When I went to pick up the car it had not been detailed and I had to ask them to vacuum out the back seat from footprints on the floor. When car was serviced for oil change it took almost 2 hours and they didn't reset the computer. More

Said they would only run 3-4 hard credit checks but ended up running 6 total, which knocked my score down 10 points. I traded in my old vehicle, which they only gave me $1,700 for, and I see it on their website posted the next day at $7,500. That’s more than I bought it for, and with all the stuff it has wrong (ie major oil leaks, drive belt needs replacing, old battery and more) that’s insane. More

First time buying a car here and using their service center. I will continue to buy my cars from them and use their service center. They have gone above and beyond for me. Horrendous experience. Had bought a car. Was pressured to leave a great review before I even left the building. Immediately had transmission issues and needed to be replace Had bought a car. I went a month and a half with little to no communication on what was happening. By the time they finally had me come get the car, (that I told them I did not want.) it was also dead. And they made me wait outside until they were done with other customers cars to jump my battery. Not to mention the multiple other issues they denied the car had when I bought it. I admit I should’ve checked more but I unfortunately had faith in them. They’re now trying to get me into a different car. Once they saw me start looking up its history, they VERY quickly tried to turn my attention in a different direction. The car had been in a bad accident and they “had no clue”. Anyway, after waiting for my car to get jumped they said they’d drive a new one to trade me out of very soon. It’s been a while and again, haven’t heard a word from them. Oh and the loaner they lended me had a sticker on the front windshield, illegal. But I found out it was there to cover a crack in the windshield. Employees at the store tell me that the manager Eric, is not a people’s person. He’s a business person. I was told this I’m assuming to help me understand why this place runs this way and why my issues are getting treated with no urgency. More
