I have bought many cars in my life. Alpha Motorsports of Fredericksburg is by far the worst dealership i have ever worked with. They are very dishonest and use deceptive sales tactics. They listed a car at a very attractive price online, only to find out that isn't the actual sales price. it was a price that you had to qualify for with discounts. They said they would do me a favor and give me the discounts on the sale price, but I found out later they baked the "savings" back into the deal through fees. On top of that they told me the car had no issues and was in great condition. That turned out to be false. They didn't even bother to clean the car before delivering it to me. I called to address my concerns to the sales rep and he passed me to the manager Nasr. Nasr contacted me and said he would make things right by getting the car properly cleaned and address the issues with the car. I sent him the documents and pictures he requested to get the process started. It's been 3 weeks and he has been impossible to reach and won't return my phone calls or text messages. Absolutely worst dealership. I do not recommend anyone work with this place. More

Good morning, my name is Taneicia Lewis and my case number is #22862667. I filed a complaint against Alpha Motorsports. I am currently disabled and have a fixed income of $989 a month so I can’t afford number is #22862667. I filed a complaint against Alpha Motorsports. I am currently disabled and have a fixed income of $989 a month so I can’t afford an expensive car note and my sales manager was aware of that. On 1/11/2025 I was offered a price off $22,000 on a 2019 Toyota Avalon that was on their website. I was told in a text by Adam the sale manager that this price will be honored. I signed a digital contract and submitted it to the finance manager. The moment I got home and checked my email I noticed that the contract was incorrect and my signature was different. The contract they sent back to me was for $29,000 with a 72 month payment of 647 which added up to $46,584. I called them the next day and they refused to have me come in and go over the contract so they dismissed me by hanging up the phone in my ear. I did my own Carfax and noticed that they helped back information from me by not showing me the full CarFax. The car was in two accidents but I was only told about one where the vehicle was not damaged. I discovered that the care was in a major accident and the frame off the car was damaged (Structural damage) I found tape holding up parts of the car. I took the car to a Toyota service center and was told that the car was unsafe to drive and the repairs will be a total of $10,000. I am unable to drive the car and now I have to look for a new one. I tried to pull the original contract that was sent to me and it shows that it expired. I have no idea what to do because I can’t afford to get another car and only had the car for two weeks. I have been trying to contact the dealership since 1/12/2025 and no one will speak to me. This is upsettling because I drive my daughter in this car and it almost ran off the road and almost killed us, due to I was unable to control it. PLEASE HELP ME. More
