Greetings to the readers of this review, allow to me to express my deepest appreciation to the staff and Management at Alpha Luxury! I had searched for a specific vehicle (Range Rover Evoque) and fortunate express my deepest appreciation to the staff and Management at Alpha Luxury! I had searched for a specific vehicle (Range Rover Evoque) and fortunately they have a diverse selection of luxury cars and other models. What impressed me was their attention they afforded me coupled with their equally impressive level of intellect within the auto industry. Their bedside manners and focus on customer delight is quite exemplary!!! I purchased my vehicle in April of this year and I’m enjoying my car to say the least. Typical reviews are simply just that. Review and onward. However, I assure you, my family, friends and colleagues are aware of where I purchased the vehicle and why I’m promoting Alpha Luxury. Henry Zarzour and his team are awesome. Glad I did not waste my time going out to Downers Grove. The guy I spoke to had a crappy attitude and did not want to answer my questions about the vehicle. No one makes a 45 minute drive for a "possible" car. Then when we did speak he claims he ran my credit and that I would need a co signer. He never ran my credit and I am glad he did not. I was only putting $500 down when honestly everyone knows you dont have to put a dime down. For a 2012 BMW that's under 10k why would he think I would put more than 0 down? Im sure there is something wrong with the truck that is why it hasnt sold. I do not recommend this place. More
