overall attitude I went their with the intention of getting the same service I have always received but that was not the case. I had an appointment arrived on time and I went their with the intention of getting the same service I have always received but that was not the case. I had an appointment arrived on time and then proceeded to wait two hours to have my snow tires removed and the my regular tires put on. In the past this was never the case and I was angry about it. The only one that showed any kindness or good attitude was Dave Blasko in the service department who told me he was sorry for the wait. I have bought three Ford Flexes from this dealership in the past. I guess it time to look elsewhere for what feeling I had before. The attitude of the people there is one of business only no caring about the customer anymore, no saying hello or how is it going or is there anything else I can do for you, I am sadly disappointed at this point. I have to come back one more time for warranty work we will see if the atmosphere has changed or gotten better before I decide to look elsewhere for another dealership with the right attitude about the customer who might buy the next car there.
