18000 mile Service Service department was excellent ! Also took time to explain Sway Control when not to use it . Also was helpful in helping me determine that I don’t n Service department was excellent ! Also took time to explain Sway Control when not to use it . Also was helpful in helping me determine that I don’t need tires. Because I have a weight distribution system I need to turn off this way control. Evidently the anti-sway control system on my truck if and Gage fight against my sway control system on my weight distribution hitch. Making for a harder tow With my travel trailer. Dishonest Service person was deceitful and someone went through my glove boxes removed items left on the passenger seat and forgot to close them. I was in for Service person was deceitful and someone went through my glove boxes removed items left on the passenger seat and forgot to close them. I was in for an oil change so there was no reason to scavenge through anything interior. Was first told they located a leak in a seal that could be corrected but eventually would cost approximately 1200 but could seal. Then I realized I had purchased an extended warranty and I advised the service manager of this fact. And he said when they were done with the service I could bring him the paperwork and they can see if it was covered. When the service was complete I went out to my vehicle in which I found my glove boxes open and items sitting on my passenger seat I advised the service person and he basically refuse to believe any one of his employees did that. However there were two of us there that day so I personally sat in that seat and I know there was nothing in it. He then proceeded to advise me that there was no seal available for this procedure and that I had to do the major service repair, it was very confusing and I told him but you said it could be sealed and he denied ever saying so. The fact that he backstroked in that manner made me very uncomfortable. The following day I contacted another service facility and sure enough the seal was available and I have since had it repaired I will never go to Alma Ford again. More
