Went in for a recall on my Explorer. While it was being completed they discovered other issues. I waited for the estimate for the additional repairs for over an hour and it still wasn’t While it was being completed they discovered other issues. I waited for the estimate for the additional repairs for over an hour and it still wasn’t given to me, even though I was told that it would be a “few minutes” Andrew was able to complete the recall repair to the best of his ability with the parts that were available but they won’t have the rest of the parts until possibly later this year 😳 More

Oil change, tire rotation. Tire valve stems leaking. Power the experience received was excellent. Only wish last year could have been the same as this one. They are a great group of people. James figure out what was wrong with my truck before I could take my daughter home. He had it fixed and waiting for me to come back and pick it up. Communication was severely lacking and took too long I was told initially that the repairs would be done within a few days (Thurs to Tuesday). I had to call several times over the next two weeks to get s I was told initially that the repairs would be done within a few days (Thurs to Tuesday). I had to call several times over the next two weeks to get status updates on the work. I was told repeatedly that the vehicle would be ready later in the day and they would call once it was ready. They NEVER followed up. The service manager even stated that he would personally follow up on this and keep me updated. He never called back either. I understand that the repairs were difficult and ultimately could not be done; but dragging this out so long and never calling me or contacting me in any way with updates or changes was frustrating. Keep in mind, it's not like I hounded you guys with calls. I would call couple days asking for an update. I would end up getting either get a voicemail, or someone getting me information and telling me it would be ready later in the day. More
