I purchased a 2018 Pro 4X from them. They have had it in the shop for “warranty work” going on 5 weeks. A simple transmission repair or replacement. Mark and or Yolanda have been polite and pleasant over the phone yet, my truck is still there. I received a 3 month 3k mile warranty on the truck when I purchased it from them. At this rate the warranty will expire before I get my truck back. I had hoped my experience would be better. Also it seems that attaching a front bumper properly is beyond the shop’s capabilities.
