Really dissatisfied with my last visit, which is usually completely opposite. The service manager just fixed things without discussing price with me which led me to believe the work was warrantied. He called to tell me about a belt that needed to be fixed in addition to the two problems I brought it in for, he did mention that the belt would cost $300 or so but that was the only thing discussed. Then when I go pick my truck up I’m stuck with a $1100 bill for tightening a few bolts and reconnecting a windshield washer fluid hose that probably came loose when other work was performed by this shop on my hood. If I had known i would be charged $600 just to tighten some bolts I would’ve done the work myself. I feel like this was outrageously expensive for what I got and the problem isn’t even completely fixed. More
