The maintenance personnel are professional but they tend to be sloppy when working and do not pay attention to details. When I picked up my truck and opened the hood, the battery terminal cover was left on to be sloppy when working and do not pay attention to details. Also had tires rotated and the manual states cross rotation, but the dealer went front to back. I expect the dealer to follow the manufacturers manual.
