i purchased my car in oct 2022 the customer service was great during the buying process. it wasn’t until I had a nail in my tire shorty after I needed to get my tire changed but was unaware that there was great during the buying process. it wasn’t until I had a nail in my tire shorty after I needed to get my tire changed but was unaware that there was a tire lock and I was never giving a key for, the mechanic was able to patch the tire while it was still on the car. i went and got an oil change and asked them for the tire key they said they didn’t have it and I had to purchase a new one. mind you I just paid my car off two days after purchasing it I shouldn’t have to purchase a tire lock and key. they told me my part would be there on Wednesday, I called from Wednesday-sat afternoon and finally I was able to get in touch with a manager in sales he said come Tuesday after 10 we have two parts that can be used for your car. I arrived Tuesday morning parts said they never had the part they didn’t know who told me this. I go to sales i spoke with frank. I explained to him that I was upset at the fact that I spent a nice amount of money and I shouldn’t have to go through this. he looked me in the face and said well I spent 51k on my car im like we are talking about my car not yours. Frank then tells me I never bring my car here to get serviced I go somewhere else but I understand you want to get it done here. I looked at him and said wow well if I knew that I would have never purchased my car from here if I knew the customer would be this horrible. he looked at me and laughed Which I didn’t find anything funny after spending my hard earned money in their establishment. Then he walked away out of no where the manager I spoke to over the phone popped up. He definitely seemed to be upset at what frank told him because he ordered me to have a seat and said he would handle it which caused me to be upset because I’m not a child you don’t speak to someone that way. I followed him and frank to parts and services anyway because I wanted to see where the miscommunication came from. The manager turns around and saw me and tells me again in an aggressive tone that he was handling it and I needed to go have a seat. I told him no I wasn’t going to have a seat shortly after mike came out with a spare tire key that he had in the back he was very kind and even demonstrated how to use it in case I needed to. the only pleasant experience I received from this experience was interacting with mike. Everyone else was rude as xxxx towards me again during the buying process they were so great even bought my son and I mc donald’s but afterwards they had nasty attitudes and crazy thing is I just referred a friend who purchased a car from them last month. Think Twice before purchasing your car from this location and make sure to get the tire key if your car has one. More

We recently took our daughter there to buy a car. WE showed them the sheet the bank gave us with the interest rate. They said that 5.84 was not correct that we would have to do 7.4% or something, but WE showed them the sheet the bank gave us with the interest rate. E E decided to wait until the next morning and verify the treasure from the bank. Sure enough 5.84% for 72 months. Showed up at dealership early the next morning. They came out with the paperwork, but we showed them the new letter from the bank. He left and then came back and said the car was no longer available. I am very disappointed, I have personally purchased 2 cars from your dealership and was let down by your dishonest sales crew. It's one thing to not have the car, but to blatantly about the rate we could get just to pad their pockets was so wrong on many many levels. I intend to put this exact letter on any and all social media I can. Sorry for the negative attitude but people need to know what happened. By the way we went straight over to riverside kia and not only did they not argue about the rate, they even sold the car for$1000 less than your dealership. More

Fastest car buying experience ever! I called the dealer and spoke to Danny Ponce in the internet department. He was very KIA knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I told him I wanted the Grey color (my fiance has been eyeing this car for weeks) he said he had it and invited us in for a test drive! We went in later that day the car was pulled up and ready to go. Test drive was everything we hoped for so we decided to pull the trigger and add it to our family of KIAS, we also have a Forte and Sorento. Jeff the manager put together a deal for us and made me very comfortable with my purchase. Maggie the finance director even got us a lower rate than we thought! All in all it was the best car buying experience ever and I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a car just ask for Danny he will give you a no hassle deal and you will leave competed satisfied with your purchase! I wish I could rate the general sales manager Jeff Burgess a big fat zero. I bought my car in 2019, spare key NEVER delivered. While in the finance office Jeff tells the young man," back order her key" I'm not sure what back order really means because a year later still no key. So many bad reviews regarding Heff yet the owner still has hom as general manager...Jeff DEFINITELY IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD More

I bought my car here years ago and would always bring it for service. I haven’t been back since 2018 and made an appointment for a recall. Needless to say I WAS disappointed in their service. I had to call sales to get them to connect me to service. Funny, they answer and then have the nerve to ask me if I wanted to trade in my car. Hah, not with the service I was getting. Not bringing my car here again. I’m not sure if it’s because of Covid or not. They didn’t even offer to wash my car which was a usual thing they used to do. More

I asked multiple times if we had a maximum price cap and she kept telling us no, any car with incentives. I call her friday because she told us to come Saturday and she let me know she wouldn’t be there but the work is all done and Jesse Diaz will be helping us. Jesse was in the office with her and we started talking about the stingers. She said “absolutely you could get one since they have incentives” she had Jesse text me what stingers they had and I told him we wanted the white one. They “did the numbers” and said that’d be fine and works out perfect. They only had 3, a white, black and red. So there was no confusion as to which one the white was but just Incase I made sure the one on the website was the correct one, which it was. We drove THREE hours after a long week of work with our baby to get this car. I texted Jesse when we were exiting (it’s 2 minutes from the exit) and he wouldn’t even come out til another salesman went and got him. We started to walk around and he said “ hey I have the stinger all ready right here” I made it clear I needed to test drive it since it’d be my daily driver. They got back from the drive and Jesse walked in and went straight to his office and my husband looked annoyed when he walked in. I had to just got look at the car myself and my husband had to go get him to tell him to let me test drive it. Jesse knew NOTHING about the car to the point I was showing him what the car had when he said it didn’t and couldn’t answer a single question and hardly responded when you spoke to him. We got back and he didn’t say and a word and went back to his office and left us sitting in the lobby for 3 hours only coming out with a paper full of someone else’s information asking if it was correct, he left again then came out and said “your done” and walked away. we signed with Kyle who got us from the lobby and they had us wait again in the lobby to bring the car up then sent us on our way. I then receive a moody text message from Maggie saying she needed a bunch of information since we “decided to get an expensive car” and that’s where the real nightmare begins. She says she only had us approved for $20,000 and we chose too expensive of a car and didn’t listen when on reality NOTHING changed since we talked on Friday. We got the same car with the same stock number and vin that we agreed on. Then she tried to say Jesse screwed everything up and didn’t do what she told him instead of admitting that she dropped the ball. She was extremely unpleasant to talk to as was Jeff burgess the general sales manager who didn’t want to hear what I had to say and pushed me off the phone. She then called my coworker and started talking to him about my personal business and told him I was being “boujee” until he told her that she was the one that screwed up and she owned that to him. When I called her on the 10th day after not hearing from her in awhile to tell her after our horrid and sketchy experience, she was rude and unprofessional and yelling and talking over me about how she did nothing wrong and never lied. I have all of the texts and phone calls to prove otherwise mind you. Then I say how unprofessional it is that she called to talk crap to my coworker and she hung up and called him AGAIN. DONT GO HERE More
