Our sales agent, Matt Allen, gave us complete information on all aspects of the potential sale. He gave us good things to consider and to compare before deciding on the vehicle to buy. I felt he was honest in his advice. We did not purchase on our first visit, but after I researched all our options, I found the information Matt provided to be very helpful in making our final choice. After weighing all the options, we came back to Allentown Kia and purchase our vehicle from Matt. The manager Cory was also helpful in explaining final details when I came back to pick up the car. Overall-I would recommend this dealership and the people we worked with in lurchaing our car. More

Great Staff - Excellent Customer Service - No Bologne Went into the dealership for two different cars in the lat 6 weeks. Initially, my wife started a new job and it required that she had her own vehicle Went into the dealership for two different cars in the lat 6 weeks. Initially, my wife started a new job and it required that she had her own vehicle to get around and we went in and picked up a compact certified vehicle that my wife absolutely loves. Matt Allen was our sales guy and he represented the dealership well. He worked hard to get us the right deal and when we were done our kids wanted to take a picture with him... 6 weeks later, I came in for a second vehicle because I do a lot of inter-state travel and my older vehicle was taking a pounding with mileage. We sought Matt out again and he delivered with a brand new Sorento that I can get the whole family in when we are together on the weekends! If you are looking for great cars with an awesome warranty, KIA has it. If you are looking for a great car, an awesome warranty and great sales people who have excellent customer service skills, set some time aside to see Matt Allen. More
