Absolute criminals shady operation I have been buying cars for many years and have encountered some shady people but this place is the worst bar none. On 3/20 I contacted a I a salesma I have been buying cars for many years and have encountered some shady people but this place is the worst bar none. On 3/20 I contacted a I a salesman Tom Robinson. I went over with him in great detail what vehicle I was looking for a 2017 Kia Sorrento. He had the car there, and after a half hour of negotiation we agreed on a price 26,698. This included everything, out the door. I even made him repeat it back to me so I could record it. Mr. Robinson knew that We would be driving 45 miles to him as we had a long journey but we're willing to make the drive for this so called great deal. When we arrived at the dealer Mr. Robinson disappeared and here was the manager Shayne Franco. Mr. Franco informed us of a new deal which increased the price of the vehicle by 2,000 dollars. Mr Franco then preceded to tell us that there's no way he could sell us the truck for that amount meaning, he never had any intention of honoring his original sales price. Do yourselves a favor stay away from this place. They are dishonest and downright liars. Update*****Mr. Tangier you forget that it was you whom I had the discussion with a week prior. We went over all of the incentives I qualified for which is how we arrived at the price. The lack of courtesy by your staff and overwhelming aura of deceit prevents me from ever having any dealings with your dealer. You have a serious problem, one that is worthy of investigation by the State Attorneys Office. More
