I'm upset. I requested a 150K service. I received an oil change. On YOUR WEBSITE, the 150K service is long and detailed. I questioned the service rep. She I requested a 150K service. The technicians replaced the air filter and completed messed up a connection. I brought my Venza back to the service department twice. I never made it to the interstate. Dash board lit up, accompanied by loud knocking noise. The service department did correct the problem. But it was a completely frustrating morning. AND YOUR SURVEY DOES NOT INCLUDE A SERVICE OPTION More

Cash buyer, salesman messed up numbers and paperwork. We came to sign papers. The papers were incorrect. We didn’t get greeted nicely or put at a table or an office. I addressed a concern with Lewis prior to going into the finance lady’s office. He confirmed that everything was correct. Then we get in the office to sign papers and they were incorrect. The finance lady also had a huge attitude and it was extremely rude. She refused to go over any of the warranty that we could purchase because she kept saying she felt rushed, although no one was rushing her. In fact, she was so rude. I got up and walked out took my car seat out of the new car because I was not going to give you guys my business. It took the GM to come out to try to salvage things, but even he didn’t do a good job. So what should’ve been an easy car buying process as a cash buyer was an absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first brand new car. After the sale, the manager did not come out to say thank you for your business or anything didn’t even say bye. The sales person did not come over to apologize for the things they messed up nor did they walk me through the vehicle. I have not had any follow after the sale. I used to sell manufactured homes for Clayton Homes so I’m very well aware of the sales process and the experience and how you should treat somebody. I wouldn’t buy a car from any dealership owned by Allen Turner ever again. More
