We went in to get my 19 year old a new car...her first purchase. I wanted it to be a little more of a "challenge" for her to teach her life lessons, but they made it very smooth and easy. I was blown away by how attentive the staff was to our needs. Rob genuinely listened, and took the time to make sure that each car he showed us was a step closer to exactly what we wanted. Dealing with Allen Turner Hyundai was the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car. Allen Turner himself made it a point to sit and talk with us and he was extemely friendly and personable. There was never any pressure or hassle. Their primary concern was getting us the exact car we wanted. We had done our homework concerning the car we wanted, the price we wanted, the financing we wanted, we even specified the exterior and interior color we wanted. To our amazement, they matched every demand we put in front of them. In fact, they went above and beyond to give us the exact car we were looking for. They did not have the color of car we were looking for so instead of us having to settle, they found our exact car in Jacksonville and had it waiting for us the following day. I would have never thought there could truly be a positive experience buying a car but dealing with Glenn and Allen Turner proved me wrong. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had.
