I was in the market for a new Hyundai Sonata. It had been suggested by my father to go and talk with Rob Clarkson and discuss vehicles. I drove by AT Hyundai late one evening with my wife just to see what vehicles were available. I was approached by several salesmen, and I mentioned that Rob had been the salesman that I needed to speak with. Rob walked over and I told him my situation and that I'd like to set up a time in the next couple of days to look at a few vehicles in detail. Rob said we could do that now, to my surprise - as it was late. Rob said, "I'm here for you". He did an excellent job determining our needs (we're about to welcome our first child) - and helped us pick out an incredible car. Both Rob and Matt made the purchasing process a good one. They're both very personable, it's not just driving a car and pushing papers to sign - they took the time to explain things and make sure that we knew what we were signing and what we were getting. It was a great experience, and we love the new car. More

Within a few hours Luis called me back with price and on Saturday 4/27, I went to Allen Turner and purchased the car. I was in and out in one hour with my new car. Roger deserves higher than a five. Despite my situation finacially he worked extremely hard to get me in a better vehicle and deal. He worked hand in hand with my bank manager even though working with the finacially he worked extremely hard to get me in a better vehicle and deal. He worked hand in hand with my bank manager even though working with the banks was not in his job description. Roger treated me as if I was a cutomer who had perfect credit and could've purchased the most expensive car on the lot, but I was the customer who was in a bad situation, didn't have good credit, and didn't a lot to put down but Roger along with my bank worked together to make it happen. This trade in was a recreational decision, I had a two door cobalt and with a one year old and a newborn due in two months it wasn't going to cut it, especially being a tall woman. Roger understood my dilmena and wanted to help with a sincerity and not just for a sale. With him on my side and the my bank manager they got me into a much better car with more space, a lower interest rate, and a newer vehicle. I am very thankful for Roger and his quickness in returning my calls and staying on top of things. I am currently working on my credit now and when I need a newer vehicle in a couple of years to upgrade for my second car, I am going back to Roger at Allen Turner Hyundai and giving him my business and referring him to everyone I know! I found a vehicle on the dealer's website that I wished to purchase, so I spoke to Kal over the phone, who sent me the Carfax to my email, and scheduled an appointment for the next day to test drive wished to purchase, so I spoke to Kal over the phone, who sent me the Carfax to my email, and scheduled an appointment for the next day to test drive the car. I actually arrived 45 minutes earlier than the original appointment time, and when Kal went to get the keys, found out that John had taken the keys to let someone else test drive the car, and about 5 minutes after my arrival the car had been sold out from under me. Their inventory had no other vehicles I was interested in purchasing, and I no longer wanted to do business at a dealership where the salesman are so cut-throat that they take the keys from another's appointment. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More
