We really felt like we were being informed rather than being sold something which is uncommon nowadays. Rob worked with us to match the price my girlfriend's family was given in her hometown and ultimately matched it to the penny. We just did the paperwork and down payment to acquire the car only 2 days after getting the quote. The whole process took less than 2 hours and Dominick Hayman helped us sign the paperwork. Everyone was extremely friendly and afterwards, Rob went through all the Bluetooth, XM radio, and interior features before we drove it off the lot.
