There was no telephone call to inform me, and the saleman did not tell anyone that someone was coming to look at the vehicle. More

My husband and I were looking for a new car. Since we've owned a Sonata for 10 years and loved it, we decided to look at the new ones. We discussed financing, cost, etc. Louis was not "pushy" at all about buying. When we left there we decided to go to Eastern Shore Hyundai to check out their prices/cars. Their car selection was good but that was all. The salesman was very pushy, as were 2 other employees. In fact, all 3 followed us to our car to try to sell us one. We returned to Allen Turner and bought the original car we looked at. One of the main reasons we got it there was our salesman, Louis. He was very nice, not overbearing (like the other place), easy to work with and professional. Another thing that impressed us with Allen Turner was that Mr. Turner called us himself to make sure we knew that the company would work with us on our terms. When we returned to the showroom, he came over and thanked us and said if we had any trouble/questions, contact him. This was exceptional customer service. More

Worst experience ever. Told my my 73 year old mother ahe qualified for a lease, gave her the price, which was agreed upon by all. Then made her sit for 4 hours only to tell her at 7:30 at night she did no qualified for a lease, gave her the price, which was agreed upon by all.
