I responded to an online ad with Allen Turner Hyundai Pre-Owned and had the good fortune to get a call from their salesman, Ali. I went right over to test drive a Toyota. It did not have a feature I wanted so Ali suggested a 2021 Santa Fe Limited. Never would have seen this SUV without Ali’s recommendation. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the many high-tech features on the vehicle. I test drove with him, then was allowed to keep the car all day to run errands and take it home so my husband could drive it that evening. There was no sales pressure at all. Ali, and the entire team were so supportive and patient while we negotiated a price that we were comfortable with. When we picked up our Santa Fe, Ali took my husband through the vehicle, answering all of his questions. Such a nice guy!
