Allen Turner Chevrolet is by far one of the best dealerships in the local area. Customer service is five star compared to other GM dealerships in the area. I went to them about my window leaking in dealerships in the local area. Customer service is five star compared to other GM dealerships in the area. I went to them about my window leaking in the back and they got me a loaner vehicle and fixed the problem right away. They also help other friends that had the same problem. GMC Buick Fort Walton Beach said they had to keep my truck a couple days to do a test on it and would not give me a loaner vehicle. They said I would have to wait until one came in. I waited almost 2 months without phone call and when I called them, they say I’m still on the list and the other people who’s been longer customers and had more expensive cars pretty much had front of the line. This place I would not recommend anyone to go. For them, the more you spend with them the better quality customer service you get with them. Alan Turner Chevrolet does their best with what they got, and keep their word when they say they’ll do something and they always return my call. So if you have a GM product, I would highly recommend taking it to them. They will take care of you. Don’t take it to Buick GMC Fort Walton Beach unless you want to run around. More
