My transmission needed replacement. I have extended warranty tru GM.My service rep was Mr.Dalton Richards.He handled my claim and work very professionally.I was well informed of my truck I have extended warranty tru GM.My service rep was Mr.Dalton Richards.He handled my claim and work very professionally.I was well informed of my trucks progress,he had to go the extra mile with the warranty company by taking pictures of the internal damage and then locating the transmission.
