They all ways let you know what is happening before they do anything. I really think that very important. do anything. I really think that very important. More
Made an appointment, and had to wait 1 1/2 hours before they GOT to it. I was told they were short handed and it would be awhile, so I will try them again. And companies need to tell what "Getting your veh they GOT to it. I was told they were short handed and it would be awhile, so I will try them again. And companies need to tell what "Getting your vehicle serviced", means to them, because to me it means to change oil, check filters, top off or add fluids to anything that needs it, check tire pressure and rotate tires. To some, it just means changing the oil. I use to own a Nissan and the service department, which at that time was Lynch, had the worse ladies working in it, that I went to a Chevrolet, when I got my next vehicle. More

Took Traverse in for set of new tires, oil change and Onstar not working. Good job on tires and oil change. I was told they could not troubleshoot Onstar because their computers were down and the IT Ma Onstar not working. Good job on tires and oil change. I was told they could not troubleshoot Onstar because their computers were down and the IT Manager was out of town. I was told to come back in 2 weeks. I live out of town so that is an inconvenience. I called back after 2 weeks to make an appointment for the Onstar problem. The lady I spoke with said I needed to talk to the Service Manager. He was not available. She said she would leave a message for him to call me back. He never called me back. I got the impression they did not want to work on Onstar. When I called to schedule the first appointment th3 lady told they were getting a lot of appointments for Onstar. To me it’s a very bad sign when a manager does not call you back. More
I Made an appointment for Monday September 29th for my 2018 Silverado 2500HD High country Duramax for oil change, filter, tire rotation and DEF top off. Also for them to check why my heated and ventilated 2018 Silverado 2500HD High country Duramax for oil change, filter, tire rotation and DEF top off. Also for them to check why my heated and ventilated front seats weren’t working. I spent all day at the dealership. My appointment was at 830am. I was there 5 minutes prior. I did not leave until almost 5pm. Mr turner talked to me once because he seen I had been there all day. And ended up giving me a loaner truck to take home. After the oil change, it went to a tech and pulled into the bay approximately 4-430pm. Tech stated he needed more time with the vehicle. Advisor told me that if they could get the problem solved within the 1 hour of diagnosis time that they would have it fixed. Not once did we discuss going over the 1 hour of diag time. I told them if it was too complicated then I wasn’t worried about it as I needed the truck and couldn’t have it sit at the shop and I would return at a later date. Fast forward to the next morning after I took the loaner truck home. Tuesday Sept 30th. I called 2 times in the AM between 9am and 11 am with no returned called or update on my truck. I called back around 130-2pm and the service manager addressed the situation. He told me there was a bad ground somewhere and that the switch was fried. And that they didn’t have the parts to fix it on hand and would have to ship them in from Michigan and wouldn’t be there until Friday October 3rd. I told him I wasn’t worried about the seats that much that I needed my truck back I couldn’t wait that long for parts and a fix and I declined to have it fixed at that time. But told them I would bring it back in the future when my scheduled allowed. Service manager told me they would have my truck buttoned back up and I could come get it within the hour. I gave them two hours and came back, I showed up and gave them the loaner back. My bill was $519.70. With additional diag time I didn’t approve. I paid the bill and was handed my keys. Was told my truck was on the other side of the wall where finished vehicles were. It was not. Which is no big deal. The service advisor Dy’voriah gave me a ride to the back parking lot where my truck was parked at the end of a row not even in a spot and halfway in the road way. When I opened my truck door, the dash was still apart and laying ontop of my center console ( I have pictures ) and the passenger side connector for the heated and cooled seats were not plugged in. I was told nothing except my truck was ready for pickup. I tried to move the radio bezel and dash trim piece out of the way and put it back on the dash, and when I did the wires for the plug touched and the entire dash started smoking and cracking and popping and filled the truck cabin with smoke and burnt electrical smell. I immediately took the truck upto the service lane and parked it and went inside with a serious look of concern on my face. When asked what happened. I explained. And the service manager went and got the tech. They ( the tech and service manager ) both looked at me and said “this is what we tried to tell you” my truck was not smoking, burning or any of that when I brought it in. The heated and cooled seats just did not work. I told them I wasn’t taking the truck home, asked them what was going to happen now and I was told we’ll do you want it fixed ? I was not taking the chance of something catching on fire driving it or leaving the lot. I understand I declined the work but I think this was highly unacceptable. I was told it would be another $400 or so to fix it and they would overnight parts. I told them I needed my truck as I was about to leave town for 2 months and driving my truck. I could not have it stay past Saturday. I left the truck and it was finished on Thursday. They called me and went to pick it up. It was all fixed. And I got hit with another $504.62 bill. Iam extremely frustrated that my truck was left apart when I picked it up and the fire risk. More
Friendly staff and Clean facility. Service was good. We requested and was given a loaner. Glad we did as our car did take almost 3 weeks to complete. My disappointment with th Service was good. We requested and was given a loaner. Glad we did as our car did take almost 3 weeks to complete. My disappointment with the service department is that my car was not even washed or vacuumed after such a long time in service. Guess we were used to this at the Cadillac dealership in Mobile Al. If this is not something Allen Cadillac provides the. Let me know and I won’t expect it. Other than this we were extremely pleased More
