I was looking for a new car based on my previous experience with my current Hyundai Elantra. Mr Calvin Harvey went above and beyond to do everything within his abilities to ensure I not only got a g experience with my current Hyundai Elantra. If this new car is only half of the quality and reliability as the Elantra I traded in-I am set and satisfied for a long long time. 10 years or 100,000 miles, best warranty in the business and geared for the working man!! My wife and I got the extras we wanted and the economy to more than justify getting a new vehicle. When you add in the 3 years free service and the warranty I couldn’t afford not to trade. Very happy and if I find myself in the market for a new SUV in the next couple of years I can guarantee where I’m going-Allen Samuels. I have had a bad experience both times I have visited this dealership. The first time was before the ownership change. I had a issue with a tire sensor reading low. I goggled it filled the tire with 39 psi and the light went out saved $100.00. During the same visit the wanted $175.00 to change a blown headlight. I googled it,and changed it for $14.00. This time my electric power steering went out. They couldn't find the part. I inquired about how to proceed I got a two word response (trade it) very professional huh? They were rude with me when I didn't purchase a car after I told them exactly what I wanted and they couldn't provide it. I have since been treated very rudely when I come in for maintenance. I had carried my car there regularly for maintenance and they never diagnosed and repaired the issue. Lukas is very cool towards me. One day he offered 3 other people in the waiting room water and just dismissed me. I've begged for service and no one seems to care. Once i sat in the lobby for a recall repair for 2 hours to then be told the part had not been ordered and that I would just have to come back. More
