The sales process of actually getting the vehicle was great. I live in a different state and asked to have the vehicle delivered. I was told that it would be done, the delivery driver would come pick the great. I live in a different state and asked to have the vehicle delivered. I was told that it would be done, the delivery driver would come pick the vehicle up on his truck the next day and I would have it by lunch time Monday morning, well I find out by checking my Blue Link app that my vehicle is not on a truck being delivered but is actually being driven down by someone. Which is the opposite of what I expected or wanted because I didn’t want to put all those miles on it right away. So I would never do business with them again as they don’t keep to their word! More
