Disappointed in our agreements Great people to deal with, friendly and not pushy. However, our agreements were not met and the lack of communication left my wife and I upset. Our truck was suppose to be ready to pick up at noon, as we live 2 hours from the dealership. My wife showed up at 1 to pick it up only to find out the truck went into the service department and was having maintenance work performed. This would've been fine had we received a simple phone call. She had to wait until 5 which caused her to miss an obligation she had back home. I also stressed that I did not want the engine oil changed, but they performed that service as well. After discussing the oil change situation, I understood there company policy was to service all vehicles. I then stressed that the undercarriage/frame/suspension better not be covered in used motor oil. After my wife returned home, sure enough the bottom of the truck was covered in used oil. I was upset to say the least because they had one small job and they simply failed. More
