He never made me feel like I had to make a decision right then and there, and he let me drive 5 different vehicles to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted - and I did! I did not expect to be able to afford the car that I wanted, but they made it happen. The finance department was also very friendly and understanding. When looking at options, I never felt pressured. We told Adam what we wanted, we had scooped out the lot on Sunday to avoid salesman, and he accommodated us with humor and just made it relaxing for us. The finance department did all they could to make sure we were taken care of and gave us pointers on how to handle our first car loan to help build our credit and even when to refinance. Our credit was terrible so this was a fantastic experience! When you go, talk to Adam, he is awesome! More

Steve, in the service department is also very friendly and knowledgeable as I have since had regular maintenance done. I have had some problems ( not caused by Laird Noller ) that were handled professionally and fairly by the dealer. I think that is the most important information to know because that builds trust. I bought my first Jeep from Laird Noller in 2014 and because that was a very satisfactory experience, I bought a Jeep for my daughter in January, 2016. More

Does not stand behind what they sell. I purchased a used 2002 Ford Explorer from Laird Noller of Hutchinson, Ks. Less than a week later and having put only 200 miles on the vehicle the tr I purchased a used 2002 Ford Explorer from Laird Noller of Hutchinson, Ks. Less than a week later and having put only 200 miles on the vehicle the transmission went out. I have e mailed and called them numerous times and nothing! I just spent $3,500.00 to have the transmission replaced. I now have over $7,000.00 invested in a 14 year old vehicle. Due to the age of the vehicle finding a used transmission was impossible. They will not even stand behind their 30 day 10% warranty. Stay away from this dealership! More
