We discussed what kind of a car I wanted and my budget and went out to the lot to look at several cars. He was very understanding as to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me something else just to make the sale In further discussions, I was impressed that Toni knew other brands that were similar and how they would compare to what he had. Knowing how car salesman can be, I was very happy that he was not pushy and was very patient in my indecision. He offered suggestions from time to time and again, patiently waited for my next question.
